It was long and I also had to answer multiple personality quiz questions. I didn't know if I had gotten the answers right or wrong. We'll see how it turns out though.
I got interviewed in person once and pretty much got the job on the spot. I think it depends on your location primarily. They seemed to be under-staffed with an ever-increasing number of clients each shift. The interview was standard and took about 20 - 25 minutes---asking about my educational background, affinity with coworkers, whether I had thick skin and could deal with customers being rude/combative...
