Walgreens interview questions

The Walgreens store manager interview included questions about leadership, handling tough employee situations, and improving sales. I also completed a short assessment and discussed past retail experience with the district manager.

Behavioral questions and you go through recruiter screen, first round, and final round is a “surprise” case give 24 hours before. Seems like they’re screening more to see how you handle pressure and large workload rather than quality and skill. Also I was told not to spend “more than 1-2 hours” on it which was unrealistic given the case (in my opinion). To each their own, just wasn’t a fit for me.
