Interview
I filled out my application online, then was told to finish my assessment in-store. When I finished store manager said he waould call when something opened up in the near future. He called a couple weeks later for a face to face interview. After the interview he said he had a couple more cantidates to interview and he would give me a call later in the week. He called me back and asked me to come in to take my drug test and do a background check. A couple days later I started working.

Interview
When interviewed company was in positive growth even with bad economy, but with discontinuing the contract to ESI, while I think was the right decision, cuts have gone into effect that will all but get rid of the trained work force there, which has a negative effect on morale. Was a very relaxed in store office. Be honest and have an example of your skills and where the experience comes from.
