There really wasn’t a real interview. In order to get the job you just have to follow up on your application with a phone call, and they had me come in for an “interview“. However they really just automatically scheduled me for orientation shortly after the interview started. There were very few questions for the actual interview.

Simple. Set up over the phone. Head in and the questions are mostly behavior questions. They offered a job after the interview was over. Doesn't require much preparation. Just come in dressed nice and with a good attitude.
