Walmart Customer Service Associate interview questions

I was called for an interview and went 2 days later. Interview lasted about 30 minutes. I was asked about previous experience and my goals with the company. I was asked if I would be willing to change my availability if I was ever promoted, and If I would ever be interested in promotions.

Applied online on Walmart's Career page. Got a 10 minute phone interview 2 months later. After the phone interview, I was called for a group interview. 2 days after the group interview I was given the offer. I also had an interview at the same time but for a position I had applied one month after the other one. Same process.
