Walmart Customer Service Representative interview questions

The interview process was better than anticipated. The interviewer was polite and informative about the position and what it entails. However, due to a better offer elsewhere I decided against moving forward with the opportunity.

Group interview, very relaxed, basic questions regarding customer service and satisfaction. Should talk in order to stand out against other potential candidates for the position. Other than that nothing to worry about or get anxious over.
