you have to meet with three people in the company from asst managers to zone managers if they like you they will have you back for final interview if you pass that they will call you in about a week for a face to face to offer you the job.

Very simple but can be nerve racking because at times it’s done in groups. But other than that you just need to sound confident. it doesn’t really matter if you answer the same as the other person you’re interviewing with as I said,
just sound confident
Group interview and speed questions where it is similar to speed dating. You are given scenarios and you have to communicate how you would solve the issue. Overall it was a relatively easy interview if you have customer service experience.
