Interview
I applied online through Walmart.com and received a call from the Personnel Coordinator a few weeks later about the position.
I was interviewed by a personnel supervisor. She was very friendly and outgoing, but it wasn't hard to tell that she was actively analyzing my responses and body language. It started with some polite chit-chat as she prepared the paperwork. Then she had me fill-out a few forms with my mailing address and some other details. Next, I was grilled on a few questions regarding my practical experience is problem solving, information gathering, and teambuilding. It's important to keep your answers fairly concise, going into detail a little, but not rambling. Rambling indicates you're just making up a response as you go.
After the initial interview, I was setup with a panel of an ASM, ZMS, and DM. They generally just asked me if I felt like I could do a decent job in the position. The ZMS noticed a few of the awards I listed on my resume.
I was then taken-back to the Personnel Office and given a job offer. I was told my compensation, and left to immediately take my drug test at a nearby facility.

Phone interview and then asked to come in for in person interview. The hiring manager asked typical interview questions. Why do you want to work here? And asked bout scheduling availability,
There was a lot of questions but overall it went pretty decent. They were your standard interview questions. I am happy with the outcome but maybe I could do better next time.
Solid and very well informative process. It was straightforward and well put together. I really enjoyed the people that I interacted with and ultimately chose another route due to time constraints.
