You will have two interviews with two managers. I did both of my interviews on the same day. Very easy questions if you practice before hand. They let me know before I left the interview that I would be getting the job.

Some included "How would you handle a conflict with another employee" and "Name a time when you gave excellent customer service".
the interview process was straight forward..basic questions about scenarios, what i bring to the table. Overall, the questions were HR like questions that try to gauge your experience, skillset and willingness to learn.
Interviewer was a nice person. It was not very challenging or stressful to get through the interview. I felt confident in my interview that I would be considered for the job.
Easy to accomplish and not very difficult. Seemed if you used common sense you’ll be okay. Just be yourself and go in there prepared. Good luck! I didn’t get an offer but I was fine with that.
