I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Mount Pleasant, IA)
Interview
The interview process was comfortable with two persons interviewing. I was interviewed and hired within three weeks of my application. The interviewer was knowledgeable of the job duties and about the benefit plan Wal-Mart had to offer. She was thorough in explaining these to me. I was offered on the job training, available while I was checked in to work. Management was very helpful during my training process.

the interview process was straight forward..basic questions about scenarios, what i bring to the table. Overall, the questions were HR like questions that try to gauge your experience, skillset and willingness to learn.
Interviewer was a nice person. It was not very challenging or stressful to get through the interview. I felt confident in my interview that I would be considered for the job.
Easy to accomplish and not very difficult. Seemed if you used common sense you’ll be okay. Just be yourself and go in there prepared. Good luck! I didn’t get an offer but I was fine with that.
