One on One questioning
Basic, asked to describe myself, tell a story about how one time _____, asked availability, discussed wage. Interviewer was low pressure and kind. Interview was conducted in small cluttered back office sort of unpleasant.
Very simple and straight to the point. Management asks basic get to know you questions but truly wants to know if you are reliable and dependable. They want to ensure you will show up to work.

The interview process was straightforward and simple. I have yet to experience on boarding, but will update when completed.
