Interview process started with HR screen. After passing that, thirty minute resume based questions with team member. Then SQL Hackerrank assessment. I did not make it to the next steps.
It was not that bad, 3 initial rounds overall okay, it would have been nice if they added some more depth in questions and asked good questions.

terrible Data Scientist role interview process, took 3 months and got rejected after final interview where the interviewer didn't have my resume and asked something else which the recruiter did not mention to prepare
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Bentonville, AR) in Mar 2026
Interview
A recruiter phone call and then a coding round. SQL medium + predictive modeling. I think the modeling task could be a take-home assignment. However, the test was closed before the promised time. It was a 89-minute test.
