It was pretty easy. Mainly a phone call and then a sit down interview. Then afterwards they would ask for a background check or a drug test and then that’s about it. Nothing too crazy
Very simple and straight to the point. Management asks basic get to know you questions but truly wants to know if you are reliable and dependable. They want to ensure you will show up to work.
