Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The process was more conversational than formal. We initially discussed the position I was interested in, covering my understanding of the role, my qualifications, and what I was hoping to achieve in the position. As we talked, the interviewer got a better sense of my skills and interests, and we ended up discussing a different position that seemed to be a better fit for me.
Simple but effective. They ask very basic questions like experience and what your availability looks like. They're very honest in what is needed and expected of you when taking the position
