Walmart Assistant, Manager interview questions

I was interviewed by two store mgrs. Asked a series of situational questions. I beleive it went well. Be sure toi nclude the situation, details of what happened and what you did to improve it. Use root cause analysis to determine what you did to improve the situation. I scored high in the interview. Be prepared with situations you ca use. It will be easier each one you go through. Wal-Mart is looking for the best canidates for the job on how you react and deal with different situations
