Walmart Overnight Stocker interview questions

I applied online and got a call in 1-2 weeks. I had 3 interviews. The first interview was done by the day receiving manager, he asked me several very basic interview questions (the first two were almost the exact same question lol) . He didn't seem too concerned with my answer to any of the questions, he shook my hand and told me I'd get a call to come in for my second interview. My second interview was done by the overnight CSM and he asked me the same questions as the first guy and yawned throughout the entire interview and told me I had the job and to come in the next morning for a third interview. Next morning went in for third interview which was UA paper work and employment agreement paper signing. Got called a week later to start orientation.

Very little work was done to map out a program that would help both the employee and the company.
