Walmart Product Manager interview questions

I was contacted by a college classmate about an open PM position. I set up an interview with his team which was a panel of 5 people ranging from other PMs up to a Director. The interview revolved mostly about how my experience and background applies to the PM position. I had a couple of behavioral (STAR) questions. Walmart eCommerce has shown a clear ability to make decisions and quickly using my 2 week total interview to offer process as evidence. It is refreshing compared to how many other companies keep pushing the final decision until after another round of interviews or until some VP gets a cut on the decision.

The hiring managers were brief and did not explain the levels of the job specification. They lacked conversation skills and the interview ended as soon as it began. I did not get a chance to ask about the position as I was rushed in and out very quickly.
