The interview was a group interview. They mainly look for communication skills and watching how you interact with other. You talk but don't be there person to take up all the talking time.

Had interview with three managers and ask a lot of real life situation questions and it was laid back so it was not hard. They also asked some personality questions like strength and weaknesses. How you deal with your weaknesses and things of that sort
