The hiring process was pretty straight forward.
I applied online. They later called me in for an interview. They also sent me to take a drug test... Which I had to wait over an hour to take and I was the only person in the waiting room... They did a background check and they checked my references and previous employers. They call me back in with an offer then the rest is history.
