Very long must apply online and then will have to wait to find out if you get a phone interview or not and then if you get the phone interview you will have to schedule a time for that and then after that you will have to wait to find out if you get an in person interview and if that is received then you must schedule a date and then after that wait to see if you got the job and then you will have to go to a date for orientation and then you start your training after that.

Interview process was quick and straightforward. Met with store manager, reviewed availability, prior customer service experience, and reliability. Questions focused on handling busy lines, dealing with difficult customers, teamwork, and basic math skills for cash handling. friendly and informal conversation.

2 phone calls asking about schedule, availability, other scenario questions. Recruiter was nice - mostly asked about working through the year vs. only the summer. Mostly the normal behavioral questions you'd expect.
