Wegmans Food Markets interview questions

HR representative conducts a short interview (15-30 minutes) and focused on your background, experience, and interest in the role. Behavioral questions were included to assess how you handle challenges. She asked about your availability, salary expectations, and work authorization.

One from HR personnel and another person from department, each separate interviews and lasts for 30 ish minutes. It was mostly behavioral questions. Experience does not matter, they are willing to train as long as you are eager to learn.
