I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wegmans Food Markets (Rochester, NY) in Apr 2011
Interview
Had to wait almost an hour because they were understaffed. Then we sat in at a lunch table in the sub shop cafeteria- area. There were a list of questions that the Sub shop team leader read from. They were typical interview questions. The prepared food team leader joined us halfway through the interview, because he was learning to interview, but was late, again due to understaffing. They were very friendly, but obviously overworked, stressed and busy. The sub shop maner got called away twice to deal with issues.
