I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wegmans Food Markets (Malvern, PA)
Interview
I started by applying online. They called me the next day and scheduled a phone interview. They ask a bunch of questions about food service and customer service related situations. Generally easy questions for the most part. After the phone interview Wegmans called me a week later for a 1 on 1 interview with human resources. They basically grill you with the same questions that were asked over the phone. The whole process was just really repetitive.
A week later they call me again for another 1 on 1 interview except this time with the head chef. This time the questions were mostly similar but the questions were more focused on my culinary background and skills. Again, mostly easy questions. So finally, abut 1 week later, they call me again and tell me I got the job and asked me to fill out some information for a mandatory background check online. So I had to wait another 2 weeks before they call me in for orientation which lasted about 4 hours. So overall, the whole process was a grind. I was wondering if I was interviewing to be CEO of Google with all the interviews.

I was interview while in high school. The process did not take long at all. The manager just asked me basic questions about what I could do for the company and my skills. I was fairly young at the time so most of my skills came from this job and High school.
