In one interview, the manager asked detailed questions about my previous employment and work experience. They were very communicative and supportive throughout the entire process, and also took the time to walk me through the equipment, daily responsibilities, and expectations I would have as a cashier.

I received a email the day after submitting my application. Fast on the response but long in the interview. The duration of my first interview is long. 50 minutes for a phone interview should be a crime. Especially, for a job at Wegmans. It should be kept around 30 minutes at best. Prepare yourself for many questions as you will be asked on What-Ifs scenarios, describing a situation, and kitchen questions. If you apply for food service, you will be interviewed by the hiring manager and cafe manager. Mamma mia, I got a tour of the pizza department. I was not given an offer after my interview.
