Wellhub Business Development Representative BDR interview questions

I went through a 4-stage interview process for a BDR role based out of the Miami office that included two interviews, a case presentation, and a final interview. The process was really smooth and well-organized. Everything happened within 3 weeks, and I got an offer shortly after the final round. Everyone I spoke with, from talent acquisition to senior team members, was professional, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. The interviews were mostly behavioral and situational, focused on understanding how I think and communicate. There were no tricky or unexpected questions, just thoughtful conversations aimed at getting to know me better. Overall, it was a great experience.
