The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Wellhub (New York, NY)
Interview
The hiring manager did not even spoke professional English and had just moved to the US and was hiring for a US based role. I was also ghosted for two weeks and then I recieved an email with the "moving with other candidates" I feel they lack direction and also feel that it's a Brazilian clique with 90 % of senior management is Brazilian with their usual red tape.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Same old rhetorical questions of tell me when you bad to face disappointment and my reaction.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Wellhub (Madrid) in Mar 2024
Interview
The hiring process was composed only of interviews, there was no role play or Business case. I interviewed with HR, had a language assessment interviews, hiring manager and team members. Each interviewer had their own competency to assess, like cultures, business acumen, sales knowledge and so on.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were standard sales related questions regarding sales methodology, tools, process KPIs, hiring, onboarding.
One question I specifically liked was: What innovation would you bring to the outbound selling process?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wellhub (Londres, Inglaterra) in Nov 2019
Interview
1: 1 Chat with one of the Directors at their offices. He explained the business and what he was looking for and asked a few questions in terms of my experience and what I knew about their company. The interviewer didn't come across very enthusiastic and was fairly serious and unappreciative of my time as was 10 minutes late.
