Porém, houve uma falha gigante na comunicação da área com o RH, já que na primeira fase com o RH me passaram um perfil pretendido e na entrevista com a gestora, um perfil diferente.

The interview process was fairly standard. I went through several stages, including an initial screening and a few rounds of interviews, and eventually made it to the final stage. While the process itself was average and straightforward, it was disappointing that after reaching the final stages, I never received any follow-up or communication from them. It left me feeling uncertain and disappointed, especially after investing time and effort in the process.
