Applied to position on LinkedIn the day it posted. Commercial Real Estate credit analyst as part of the Financial Analyst Program. Heard back about 3 weeks later, 1 phone call with hiring manager, 1 in person interview with hiring manager and Director and then 1 phone call with managing director.

What’s are some items that can affect a companies credit that don’t appear on the financial statements?
hr scheduled a screening call but I somehow was called a day before the scheduled time, but the hr didn't realize that, then I was called again the next day

Multiple rounds first was hr, second was with the hiring manager, then final one was in person at the office with multiple team members. Mostly personality questions but a few tech questions
Good over all three rounds and final discussion with hr and head of the department and no assessment or anything as such easy if you are prepared with basics and have experience in the industry
