Interview
Interview was with branch manager and service manager. This was conducted over the phone. After the Phone interview, which lasted 40 min, they said they will let me know by next week. They must have liked me because the very next day the recruiter called and told me they wanted me and I accepted the offer. The questions are mostly not average questions and had a central theme of management of objectives and how you did it while helping clients.

When I got hired there was a phone interview and then an in person interview with the Service and Branch managers. I think now they added a video interview in between.

Video interview first with limited retries on the recording, then followed by a short phone interview about my preferred pay and qualifications. Finally a in person interview with the branch manager and hiring manager.
