Wells Fargo Manager interview questions

The interviewer wasn't clear on what they are looking for although the role was a good fit to my profile based on JD provided on their career website. I felt if it wasn't a fit then why schedule an interview in first place

Good interview process, fair questions both behavior and technical. Overall standard interview process. Very similar process to other banking companies. Be prepared to speak on your previous experience. Best of luck to all candidates.
