Wells Fargo Operations Manager interview questions

Nothing impressive that I can recall

First a phone screen, lasting about 20 minutes Second I was sent a background worksheet to fill out and send back ahead of time. Also got an interview guide about the type questions. It's a behavioral interview. The interview itself was with the Branch Manager and the Regional Operations Manager. They had script to follow, one read the question and wasn't allowed to give any further clarification.
