Wells Fargo Service Manager interview questions

The process was so quick and efficient I had very good experience. First step I applied to the position through the job search and then the recruiter scheduled time for the phone interview and then the interview with the DM and BM.

Phone interview for 45 mins which consists of 10 qns. And same goes to the 2nd interview which mainly consists of STARs questions. I’m an internal team member, was trying to move but was given an explanation from the interviewer that I’m over qualified and could not pay higher. Mainly they love someone not smarter than them and overtake their role in future!
