7 rounds were conducted for hiring for the associate position, every round was easy and there was nothing for which graduation level knowledge is required. The hiring was a long drawn process and it prolonged throughout the day. Interview and hiring procedure was unnecessarily time consuming,
The selection process consists of three rounds. Application process, preliminary call, shortlisting, interview, technical interbiew, hr call, salary negotiation , final round call with senior manager or directors team , then final salary call again. So it went pretty well.
