The interviewing process was way taxing for a candidate, as the whole process takes your whole days time.
After having to wait in the Queue with any soft classifications according to the candidates skillsets.
Every now and then HR worker comes to call-up candidates for particular skill-set. Your are then taken to the floor where Interview panel designated for your skill-set sit after the wait. Then you get to attempt some simple test which is for preliminary skills check. Then you are asked to fill - up a form which is confusing and takes your time. The interviewer then gives feedback if you are through the test and then ask you to wait out-side. Then after hours time your turn to go in again comes when you will be interviewed.
Interview is all about HR and personal and seems to be a success. After the interview the HR again tells to wait outside. Then after one more hours wait the HR worker turns up to tell interview is over and inform you to submit all document via email.
This email for documents comes to your after 4 weeks!! time. How do you judge this kind of interview process.???
