Wipro Technical Lead interview questions

Very quick interview process. Interviewer asked to write code while screen share (saved huge amount of time in the hiring process). Took about only a week to finalize and release the offer

It's pretty old company and with that comes older management with their medivel style of running things. Though things are changing now a days, may be in next couple years it can have a dynamic culture and better planning for the future. Being one of the major service based compan, it has 0 bench strength, lost so many good business opportunities because of that. Overall good, relaxed work environment, just make sure not to get involved half heartedly in the top level politics.
