The process is first an interview with the recruiter, the second is a pair programming challenge, and finally a coding challenge with an engineer watching you. They ghosted me after the whole process and I received great feedback from the interviewers. Very unprofessional not giving the final answer in the process. They ghosted me after I dedicated a lot of time to the interviews. (More from than 2 weeks from the last interview).

Realizo dos entrevistas y un viernes recibo 4 invitaciones para lunes y martes de la siguiente semana. No me explican de que son las entrevistas. El lunes realizo una entrevista técnica con live-coding y no me va bien, seguidamente hago otra entrevista no técnica. Al día siguiente me cancelan las dos entrevistas y pido explicaciones por email ya que ya me había organizado para realizarlas. Recibo un "no fue bien" como respuesta y una invitación a resvervar una call para un feedback. Lamentable profesionalidad.
