It's extremely shortsighted. The recruiters are very superficial. They only take a fast look to decide that your profile doesn't match without really check the skills or experience. If you has an excelent or good portfolio is not matter because only it's important for them that your current expirience match. They insist with their poor decision if you attempt to apply again even with similar positions. This company looks like to Amdocs a lot. I understand that comanies like this receive many applications but there are other companies that receive more than this and they put more attention and consideration with each submission.
