A phone screen, 1:1 with the hiring manager, and then additional requests which I never completed due to time and personal reasons. In my opinion the process was too long and the references required were going to ask personal questions about how precious employers experienced your expression of faith which I just wasn’t comfortable with. Not LGBTQ friendly in the slightest.
