The process was relatively quick with good communication of the steps, timeline and people I would meet. It was a three step process beginning with a phone screening, then a meeting with the hiring manager and then a final panel interview with the team.

Recorded interview, very unpleasant experience as human contact was lacking. Totally unfitting, especially for a senior position. Heaving previously worked in WV, I am very disappointed with this dehumanizing trend. Where did the "we value people" from WV core values go? As usually, WV jumping on the latest trend from corporate sector, whether good or bad. I will seriously reconsider applying for any other position with WV.
