Sehr anspruchsvolle Aufgabe als Grundlage des Gespräches, unfreundliches Verhältnis, kein Feedback nach der Ablehnung. Für die Zeit, die ich in der Aufgabe investieren musste, fand ich das Verhältnis nicht fair.

I applied online and was invited to a video interview with 5 managers, which lasted about an hour and a half. The process was relatively easy but at the end I was asked to share my salary expectations, which I believe were reasonable as a professional with over 6 years experience in the desired field. It turned out my expectations were almost double their budget unfortunately.
