I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at World Wildlife Fund (París) in Nov 2023
Interview
I had a call with HR. The conversation was relatively smooth, but the interviewer was demonstratively uninetrested and borderline rude. The interviewer also refused to answer most of my questions (quite general), saying she just didn't know. Maybe they just weren't interested in my profile, but then why did they invite me for an interview, wasting my time?
A professional said it was possible they are recruiting based on connections and hold interviews for some positions as a facade.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Pretty standard boring questions: tell us about yourself, why are you applying. I was surprised I didn't really get more personal questions on my profile, based on information from CV and ML.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at World Wildlife Fund (Washington, DC) in May 2024
Interview
Two stages of interviews, one with the team leader and then directly with the supervisor. The interviews are usually within a week of receiving the first email from the recruiter. They respond rather quickly and make the interview process run quick and smoothly.

It was quite a standard interview process. They will ask questions like introduce yourself in English and Chinese, why do you choose WWF, how would you promote xxx project etc.
