The interviewers successively moved up the organization chart, and the questions were standard, easy to answer with adequate preparation. I found the communication to be timely and professional until after the fourth interview. I was told I would hear back within a week but I heard nothing after two weeks. I followed up for closure as I sensed the outcome and received a standard rejection email from the recruiter a few days later. I was disappointed to not get an offer to consider after the extensive interview process, but I know my value and want the right fit for both parties. I respectfully requested a few insights that I could learn from, but unfortunately, that final email went unanswered.
