I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Xerox (Las Vegas, NV) in Apr 2015
Interview
The project I was currently working for was coming to a close, another project was looking to gear up for completion. My resume was submitted to the hiring manager and shortly after submitting the resume an interview was scheduled. The interview was a teleconference with hiring manager for position regarding transition into new project from current analyst position. From the close of the interview the hiring manager confirmed the position that would be offered and that an offer letter would be submitted to me shortly. three months later no offer has been submitted.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Xerox (Rochester, NY) in Jun 2012
Interview
The process was pretty straightforward in the sense that they ask you all the required information for an interview. My interviewers were amazing. I was well prepared for the questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Xerox
Interview
I applied online, and received a call from a recruiter in about 2 weeks. An onsite interview was set-up. The onsite interview seemed average, but I didn't get a sense of the high turnover rate or employee frustration until after I was hired and actually started work. I tried to make the best of it. I should have used the interview to ask more questions about the company, but it seemed I was on the spot and had to answer all the questions due to the interviewers time constraints.
