I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Xerox
Interview
An outsourced recruiter from the Philippines asked for my time, scheduled an interview, and then completely ghosted me—no call, no apology, nothing. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. If this reflects Xerox’s hiring culture, it’s embarrassing.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the breakdown in communication, it does not reflect the standard we strive for at Xerox.
We take feedback like this seriously, especially when it involves respect for a candidate’s time and expectations. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us directly at XeroxTARecruiting@xerox.com so we can investigate and address this with the appropriate recruiting team. We appreciate the opportunity to improve.
Many interviewers from several times were involved. Seems like all teams had to agree rather than let hiring manager be empowered to decide. Very nice motivated people but not sure why so many need to interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
nterviewed with staff from several different time zones and locations. It took a while because lots of different groups had to weigh in on the decision. Overall very friendly people that took time out to be involved in selecting the correct fit for the role.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Xerox in Mar 2010
Interview
My interviews at Xerox consisted of 6 hours of interviews, each interview lasted 1 hour and was conducted by two interviewers at a time. The interviewers were constantly asking questions and did not allow me any time to ask any questions. All of the questions were behavioral questions. The hiring manager discussed the position, but overstated the growth opportunity dramatically!

Question 1
The most difficult question was an engineering question that was incorrectly asked which made it difficult to answer.
