One is to ask security for a recruiter, the recruiter gives you a typing test (a total joke), and you can't choose the campaign on your recommended for (if you don't know or ask you'll be passed over for higher paying ones), you're then interviewed by a team leader/supervisor/manager who are dishonest about the pay.
