Full day with interview and activities, where they try to figure out how the candidates work as individuals and in groups and understand how they can fit in the organisation

Had a 15 initial screening interview with a recruiter. She was very rude and said she would email me her information. She didn't. Said she would send my information to the hiring manager and I would hear back in one to two weeks. I never heard back.
