Quick concise, and well done. Got in for the interview, it took maybe 20 min. Easy process. Recruiting staff was professional and well equipped. Interview
I was contacted by a manager within a few days of applying. I was contacted first over the phone and had a short 5 minute call & was asked to come to the office for an interview shortly after via email. I had the in person interview and was told the process would move fast. I was asked for references later that day, and then within about a week I was presented with an offer.

Interview
Promotion was done internally, and highly based on favoritism. After distinguishing myself in the Customer Service Representative role, I was given the opportunity to apply for Supervisor. Prior to this I had expressed interest to my manager about management, and had received some training from him for a "Team Lead" type position.
