She let my know my test scores were great and set up an in-person interview. My interview consisted of one person. She asked my what my strengths and weakness were and why she should hire me.

The entire hiring, interview and negotiation process was very streamlined and simple. The company's initial offer was more than I expected so I said yes right away. The came to my graduate school (MBA) and made a presentation on the opportunities and benefits of working for their company.
