Interview
The initial phone interview was not overly difficult, the standard hiring questions were asked but it was not overly demanding or taxing. I think this was a by-product of having an easy going interviewer so I may have gotten lucky

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Xerox (Albany, NY)
Interview
Rather informal, and there's currently a lot of red tape when hiring people, so it takes a while to actually go through the review procedure, get hired, and start working. I had a phone interview, followed by an on-site interview, and had an offer the day after the on-site interview. It took about a month from receiving my offer to start working due to the slow hiring process. Phone interview was probably about half an hour, and the on-site interview about an hour. On-site interview had two managers, one technical and one business. Phone interview was with the technical manager.

Nothing too crazy, a few personal 'tell me about yourself' type questions, and a few lightly technical questions like "what is a tiff?" that are appropriate for the industry.
