Xerox interview questions

First interview was over the phone it was good it was just to get to understand who I am and how I function since I am going to be graduating from college soon. They set up a corporate interview where I must go for 4 hours to meet and interview with 5 executives over the course of the day.

Resume goes to hiring managers. You must be interviewed by a few managers, one will take you on, typically the one in most need. May need to interview with VP or Director.
